1. This Promotion runs until 23:59 GMT on 31^st December 2027 (the promotion period) unless withdrawn earlier, at the discretion of 6 Hamilton Place.
2. By redeeming this offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. You must present your promotion card when ordering the Feasting Menu to claim the 10% discount off the advertised price.
4. This offer is available to all customers purchasing the Feasting Menu during the promotion period.
5. The Feasting Menu is offered as advertised and substitutions or modifications to menu items are not permitted, except where necessary to accommodate declared allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.
6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher and only one promotional discount can be applied per table, per visit.
7. The discount applies only to the Feasting Menu and does not apply to drinks or service charges & gratuities.
8. The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
9. This offer cannot be transferred to another person and is solely for the use of the individual to whom this communication is directed.
10. This offer may not be valid on certain dates, including but not limited to public holidays, special events or key seasonal holidays, unless otherwise stated.
11. The Feasting Menu is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
12. Customers with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements must inform staff before ordering. 6HP will provide information where possible but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
13. 6 Hamilton Place reserve the right to suspend, refuse or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice:

• If we believe the promotion is being misused or abused
• to update, upgrade or improve the services and promotion:
• due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond reasonable control, which includes, access issues, system failures and malfunctions: and

 

14. We may make minor amendments to this promotion to correct content or to improve clarity or customer experience.
15. Employees, Officers and Directors of 6 Hamilton Place, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
